Occupational Therapists help people who have trouble doing things in their daily life and support them to participate and be more independent. The main occupations that children carry out fall under three categories; play, taking care of themselves, and learning activities. These can include any of the following:

We are based in Portsmouth and Southsea but we work across Hampshire, West Sussex and Surrey.

We also offer some online services across the UK so distance is not a barrier to accessing support from The Southsea OT.
