The Southsea OT is an independent children's occupational therapy practice, serving children, families, schools, and community organisations. With years of experience and a passion for helping children, our team is dedicated to providing high-quality services that make a positive impact. We believe in a collaborative approach, tailoring our interventions to meet the unique needs of each child. Our goal is to empower children to develop the skills and confidence they need to thrive in their daily lives.

Anna is a dedicated Occupational Therapist with 14 years experience working as an occupational therapist, and a director of ‘The Southsea OT’. Anna is passionate about making a difference to people’s lives, and committed to providing an evidence based approach to her practice.

Beyond working as an OT, Anna is also an Children’s Gymnastics coach, working with children aged 18m to 7 years.

Anna loves nothing more than to support children to develop new skills. Her mission as an Occupational Therapist is to empower children to reach their full potential whilst having fun!.

Laura is a highly experienced Occupational Therapist, wife and Mum to two school-aged children. As Co-Director of The Southsea OT, Laura is extremely proud of her NHS roots where she has worked with children and adults for nearly 20 years.

Laura believes that engaging in meaningful activities is key to living a happy and healthy life and loves to help break down the barriers to participation that people face.

Laura knows parents/carers want the best for their children, and loves to share knowledge with other adults to enable them to also help children to reach their potential.
