our work
The Southsea OT supports children to overcome challenges and break down the barriers they face when it comes to participating and becoming more independent with meaningful daily activities.
The Southsea OT offers a free 10-minute telephone consultation to parents / carers to discuss your child’s needs and how The Southsea OT can help.
Whether your child has a diagnosis or not, we look at the whole child as a unique individual.
We consider their physical environment including the key people who support them and the resources they have access to as well as specific activities they need or want to be able to do.
assessment of skills
Assessment of skills and participation involves exploring the barriers that your child faces when trying to complete everyday tasks and / or join in with activities.

Therapy packages involve having our therapists work directly with you and your child over a number of sessions to break down those barriers to your child’s independence and participation together.
